Bag Filters

We offer bag filter housings and vessels fabricated out of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We offer all major size housings and multiple bag housings. Side entry and top entry configurations are available.

Replacement Bag Filters

We offer replacement filter bags in polypropylene, polyester and nylon, just to name a few. We offer standard felt as well as high efficiency and long life filter bags. Check out our technical information and call or email us with any questions.

Particulate Filters

We offer a wide array of cartridge filter elements, spin on, housings and vessels.

Spin On Filters

We stock 1¼" NPT and 1½" spin on filter heads without bypass valves or gauge ports (though gauge ports can be tapped). We offer many other sizes and configurations.

Filter options include wire, pleated paper (ßx=2), pleated microglass (ßx[c]=1000) and water removal.

Sump Strainers

Sump Strainers are available in mesh sizes, typically 30 - 200 mesh. Typical materials are all steel, stainless steel and nylon.

Filter Vessels

Filter Vessels are available in a variety of materials and sizes. Carbon Steel is the most common material, fabricated to ASME Code specifications. Sizes are available from single element housings, which filter up to 75 GPM, to 56 element housings that filter up to 4,200 GPM.

Filter options include wire, pleated paper (ßx=2), pleated microglass (ßx[c]=1000) and water removal.

Metaledge® Self-Cleaning Filters

Metaledge® Self-Cleaning Filters - Wedge shaped stainless steel ribbon with raised projections, wound edgewise on a cylindrical frame, and scraped by a knife edge. The knife edge removes the contaminant from the surface of the element, and is drained periodically from the sump.

Metaledge® filters have been designed to filter the most viscous of fluids. Standard sizes are available from 3/4" NPT to 4" flange connections. 10 different micron ratings are available from 25 to 500 micron. Housing are available in carbon steel or 304 stainless steel with stainless steel elements.

Lakos Centrifugal Separator

The Lakos Centrifugal Separator removes large solids by centrifugal separation, without the use of filter media or cones. Solids are purged out of the bottom of the separator. Click here to learn more about how it works.

Water & Methanol Removal

Removing water from vegetable oil can be a challenge and time consuming. Settling the water out seems to be the most common method. Vacuum dehydration removes water from oil by lowering the boiling point under vacuum conditions. The benefit of a vacuum dehydrator over settling is that the water is removed much faster and the oil is dried, with moisture levels below 50 parts per million (ppm).

Standard systems range from 2 to 20 GPM. We recommend at least three passes, or turn over rate, to go from wet to dry oil.

The Megator-Pumps 2000 USA pump is a unique air operated dual diaphragm design that out performs the competition even under the most difficult conditions. Pumps 2000 dual diaphragm pumps were originally designed for harsh mining applications and are guaranteed to out perform and out last the competition due to a number of patented design features. In harsh mining duties (solids laden slurries) the working life of the competitors AODD´s are only 3 - 4 weeks, Pumps 2000 AODD’s operate for a minimum of 12 months on average!

The light weight feature provides ease of mobility and reduces the risk of injury. It was the very first plastic dual diaphragm pump ever made and there is a proprietary explosion proof pump that is made from a conductive plastic. It has the highest explosion proof rating available and can operate in hazardous environments. In addition, it uses half of the air consumption of other AODD’s and the long lasting lubrication free parts means lower operating cost and reduced maintenance. They are suitable for pumping applications in all industries.
